Fume purification system
The fume produced by the incineration of domestic waste contains harmful substances such as HCI, HF, SOx, NOX, CO, dioxins, heavy metals, and fly ash. In order to meet the fume emission standards, it needs to be treated by a fume purification system, which mainly includes facilities such as desulfurization, destocking, and dust removal. At present, the mainstream fume purification process of domestic waste incineration plants is "SNCR + rotary atomization semi - dry method + dry method injection + activated carbon injection + bag dust removal". The whole process is: SNCR + rotary atomization semi - dry method + dry method spraying + activated carbon spraying + bag dust removal + GGH1 - wet scrubber + GGH2 - SGH + SCR.
